Aylus named 'Top Innovator' at 3GSM Asia Congress
Aylus MediaShare Platform gets high honors in the Carrier Infrastructure Category
WESTFORD, Mass. and Macau, China - Nov 1st 2007 - Aylus Networks, Inc. - the provider of real-time multimedia sharing solutions for mobile networks - was named a "Top Innovator" at the Mobile Innovation Summit to be held in Macau as part of 3GSM Asia Congress.
Aylus is pioneering a new class of voice and multimedia share services (also known as "combinational services") that allow mobile operators to significantly enhance standard voice calls. Calls can be enhanced by enabling subscribers to share "live video", video clips, images, and even the screen display with another caller in real-time while they continue their conversation.
Aylus delivers its MediaShare services through its industry leading Application Platform and Media Switch. Aylus infrastructure works both in Pre-IMS and IMS environments, and has been proven to work with most leading IMS systems in the world. It is also compatible with device clients provided by most other Video Share client providers.
Aylus will be demonstrating MediaShare solutions at the Mobile Innovation Summit in Macau on November 12th and 13th, and will be presenting at the Summit. Aylus has been a member of the GSM Association since 2005, and has been working with various partners to help define the specifications for the next phase of VideoSharing. Aylus joined the Mobile Innovation Programme in 2007.
